Join our free Kids Club or Youth Program

Our Kid’s Club and Youth Program is conducted from the rear hall (behind the main Church building at Crofton St) each Thursday evening from 5.30pm to 7.00pm.

The Kids Club is designed for Primary School age children whereas the Youth activities cater for older ‘High School’ age. 

The program is not conducted during school holidays or on public holidays.

Our aim is to teach children, from the Bible, of God’s love for them as expressed in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and their responsibilities to God, to Christ, and their fellow man. Our strategy involves both formal method, eg Bible talks, and informal methods, eg songs and group and individual discussion.

The use of games, craft and meal time allows rapport and friendship building between leader and child, fostering a climate in which the child feels comfortable to talk about spiritual issues.

You can expect from us a friendly, non-threatening manner, and our best endeavours for the children’s welfare, physical and spiritual, all of which stem from each individual leader’s acceptance of God’s love for them, and a desire to explain God’s love to others. To allow all children to participate, we expect each child to obey basic rules of good behaviour, to show respect to God, respect and obedience to leaders, and tolerance of their fellow Kids Clubbers. In order for parents to have confidence in what and how we teach, we welcome their presence at any time. For children to have the same confidence in us, we expect parents to support our values and our activities.
